Lalit was born on February 16th, 1939.  Lalit's father was GaneshiLal Pitaji Agarwal and his mother was RamtiDevi Mataji ..  He is the seventh of eight children.  He had four brothers and three sisters, named Sanat, Rajendra, Narendra, Indra, Pushpa, Kusum and Veena.
